when i worked at thermotron–
 
Thomas bannach  when he replaced tom Patterson– as the National service manager– his 1st assignment– was to harass and drum out Jeff scholtie– out in the Texas office–
 
 
Thomas Bannach said it was ok — as a manager to lie ,cheat steal embezzle, defraud and lible and slander your co workers– and lead them astray– to assassinate their character
 
 
Because Every one he knows is like that!!
 
 
The management motto– is what drove him– as Danile j okeefe– assigned him as the West Coast manager–
 
he then established dean tripp, hil sybesma, and Gregory V Johnson– as his co conspirators–
 
and proceded to lible and slander and drum out  every one else–
 
 
why ?? because it is ok– to lie cheat defraud and steal and slander every – one  
 
so long as you get away with it and blame it on some one else
 
 
 
 
interesting thing about holland michigan and thermotron, is that the managers i delt with all bragg with liers and deceivers..they are..
 
when ROn Wiley was the thermotron west coast manager, dispatcher, “good old boy”
 
I was working at Litton Ind and just set up an test lab for them in Oregon i hired and trained the new staff and when Ron Wiley sent up 3 thermotron field service technicians, all 3 combined barley made up one complete person..
 
But they have to get their training somewhere.. one customer at time…
 
Then Ron Wiley dispatehed a unskilled and un qualified employee from washington state to perform the start up on an vibration shaker..
 
his only training at thermotron was they told him it was “roundand blue ” and it fit under the chamber..
 
after a week of trying to get it to work.. he concluded that the logic moduel was bad..
 
40 hours for that..
 
But he did know where the “Hidden Buttons” were on the chamber temperature controller..
 
the 3 other field service engineers Ron Wiley dispatched didn’t have a clue..
 
when i asked if he could do a operational performance over view for the 13 men i had hired in the test lab ,
 
Ron wiley and Dave waterfield said thermotron no longer does that for customers..
 
Ron Wiley asked
me if i remembered Berry Wright who was a Tom Bannach replacement.. and he quit thermotron when dave waterfield gave him a Dan O’keefe review.. policy .. find some thing they did wrong and make a big deal about it.. so u don’t have to give then a raise.. he quit as the West Coast Manager,
 
and Fred Plont had a lot of backstabbing words to say about that … but as i said to fred Plont.. “what’sit to u ?” and freds reply was ” Well he won’t be able to find a better job where u don’t have to work very hard” as fred’s claim to fame is being a lazy lying 2 faced back stabber and embezzler.. u can see why he is a long ter m

any way… because Holland Michigan is know as the West Coast Hipocroits..
and Thermotron is a great place to see all the different types of liars, thieves and embezzlers,

after you fix something a few time… maybe you will remember it long enough to show your co-worker what you did !!

they had to go to Gregory’s house on the weekend .. to fire him because they could never find him on the job..

Well the Office staff in the SanJose.. told Thomas Bannach this… but it did not matter..to Roger Cannary or Daniel J okeefe the CEO and presdent..

the Funny part is Dave Waterfield said.. Gregory V johnson’s office “stood out like a SORE THUMB” with high expenses..

because thomas Bannach as the west Coast manager and Deanb tripp.. as his flunky whore.. were in on the Game..

Fred Plont.. said people who R not stealing or embezzling.. are playing a “higher level game”!!

he was able to steal and rob his co-workers and the customer.. on the average of $20,00 / year..

who said he didn’t have to work at ENSECO and make the BIG UNION WAGE.. because .. he only worked a few hours a day..

and charged THermotron… 8,10,12 hours..

one GOOD EXAMPLE.. of this was .. when Hil Sysbesma, and Fred Plont were installing a system in Plebo COLO..

they only worked 10 hours on day .. and charged their time at 18 hours a day..

and they taught their co-workers.. that it was OK to falsy their time.. on the job.. or travel time…

DEAN TRIPP an old time Senior Field service engineer.. was another who.. taught that you should “GO heavy ” on your travel time and your work hours”

and the customer “DESERVES A FREE LUNCH”

aNY WAY.. Mitch kerr and John Dane.. were taught .. by these thieves and perverts..

so they do know the difference..

ask gregory v johnson about the embezzlement rate… he bragged that he was not as big of thief as hil sysybesma..

Thermotron.. taught mith (th bitch) kerr and john dane.. that it is easy to be called a FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER.

it didn’t matter if all u could go was change solinoid’s.. or maybe condensor fan motors.. or a big job like changing a compressor..

or the easy jobs.. changing the floot valve in a humidy system.. or even easer .. a wet bulb sock…

MARK LAMERS .. would tell new hires… “Gee when R you leaving ?” don’t U know that Good People don’t work 4 Thermotron 2 long !

Fred plont .. said mitch kerr (who he call mitch the moron and the Idoit follower) and John Dane.. were just like him!!!

and he said.. he didn’t help any of his co-workers.. because every-one is only supposted to LOOk out –4-yourself !!

and Fred Plont Motto was ..”Gee isn’t ever-one .. a liar and a thief ??

Perhaps .. this is why Daniel J Okeefe .CEO. didn’t allow Mitch Kerr.. to Transition from a Field service engineer..

to a Field service Sales…Man..

I was there .. when mitch Kerr asked Danny boy.. if there was opportunity 4 him at thermotron..

AND 4 MITCH KERR…… there was no more opportunity @!!!!

Mitch wanted to replace Bill Sloniker.. who moved to the Seattle sales office..

and the guy they rep0laced him with .. was .. a inexperienced .. pety thief.. who lasted about a year.. and he said he only embezzled about a $100.00 dollars a week..

but.. nothing was being sold.. to conpensate his sales expenses.

ANYWAYY..

Mitch Kerr.. Got mad.. and Took a job at ENSECO where he could make UNION SCALE..
which was about 2x the salary at thermotron..(john dane was allready there)

Thomas Bannach .. a stand in for Bob wiley/thomas patterson.. and the former guy west coast manager.. mitch knows his name..

Thermotron offered Mitch Kerr 0.25/hr twenty five cents more an hour,,

mitch said.. NO –THANK..S… 2 Uuuuu..and said he told Thomas Bannach he was going to make more money then … HIM..!!
